ベイクド芋羊羹について少し詳しく書きます。これは舟和さんの栞にもホームページにものっています。オーブントースターで焼く場合は、アルミホイルに薄くバターを塗り（そのまま置くとくっつきやすいです）その上に芋羊羹をのせます。ほこほこを楽しみたいなら、これぐらいこんがりするまで焼くといいですよ。店主は焼きたてに小さなバターをひとかけのせます。バターをしいたフライパンで焼いても美味しいとも書いてあります。あつあつの芋羊羹にアイスクリームを添えてもたまらないようです。シナモンも合いそう！そのままでも、焼いてもたまらない芋羊羹、また食べたくなりました。
